Beware hidden conditions.  This roof was only 4 years old and was installed improperly.  Now, we’re looking at structural repairs, drywall, paint, and new roofing and plywood.  Mold remediation will need to be performed for indoor air quality and safety, only adding to the cost.  A licensed contractor does not mean a quality contractor.
