Never let a seller repair your dream house.  They have no incentive.  This caulk looked bad on day one, and is the wrong product.  It created a funnel that is destroying a window box with a copper roof.  Priceless item.  This is an indoor silicone.  It pulls away without even removing paint.  Sloppy work, sloppy product, this contractor should be embarrassed at his quality, but he was paid long ago.
